Via Website: Enter our website and select Subscribe from the top menu. This will take you to the registration form. Enter your email, choose your password, and select your preferred subscription plan. You will receive a welcome email to validate your account. Press the Get Started button to activate your account, and you’re ready to go.

Via App: Alternatively, download the app, go to the top left menu, and click Subscribe. Add your details such as email and password, then choose your subscription plan. You will receive a welcome email to validate your account. Press the Get Started button to activate your account, and you’re ready to go.

You can log in through the app by going to the top left menu, selecting Account and TV Login, and entering the code that appears on your TV.

If you purchased through the website: Please go to our website, sign in, navigate to the Subscription tab, and press Upgrade or Downgrade Subscription.

If you purchased through the app: Please open the app, go to the top left menu, select Account, and choose Upgrade or Downgrade Subscription.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking Sign In, then Forgot your Password?, and following the instructions. Alternatively, you can change it from the Account section in the top left menu of the mobile app.
